Psychiatry & Medication Management

Our holistic and integrative approach to medication management takes into account all aspects of your well-being. Tailored to complement psychotherapy and your existing wellness routines, our medical team works closely with you to create a personalized plan that aligns with your unique mental health needs and lifestyle. This comprehensive approach may include lifestyle changes such as dietary adjustments, promoting healthy habits, engaging in mind-body practices, and integrating herbal or nutritional supplements, all alongside talk therapy and appropriate medications.

Initial Intake

Our psychiatric professional performs a thorough evaluation of your mental health history, current symptoms, and previous treatments. They may also request lab tests to assess specific biomarkers or medication levels in your system, ensuring safe and effective medication management. Based on the assessment and lab results, a customized treatment plan is created, which may include adjusting medication dosages or introducing new medications. The initial assessment typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

Ongoing Medication Review

Follow-up appointments are scheduled to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. At first, these appointments occur every few weeks, gradually becoming less frequent as your condition stabilizes. They provide continuous support and ensure the ongoing optimization of your treatment.
