Hi, I’m Lara! I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make that step feel a little easier. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
I draw from CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, play therapy, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. My focus is on helping you develop practical coping tools, strengthen emotional regulation, build self-trust, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.
Therapist by training, human at heart. I strive to create a warm, genuine, and safe space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe progress doesn’t have to be perfect or linear, sometimes the smallest shifts can lead to meaningful change. I look forward to getting to know you, supporting you along the way, and helping you move toward the life you want to create.
