Bailee earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Addictions Counseling and Psychology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work, both from Indiana Wesleyan University. Bailee has clinical experience related to substance use disorder, dual-diagnosis, stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. 

Her desire is to help individuals improve their mental wellness by actively pursuing mutually agreed upon goals. Bailee values the therapeutic alliance and taking a person-centered approach to create a safe space for individuals to be heard, supported, equipped, and empowered.
