“The greatest source of emotional pain is the negative things you say to yourself.”

I am a Clinical Specialist in SUD treatment and am currently completing my Master of Social Work degree. I work with adults navigating substance use, mental health concerns, and trauma. I practice Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and use a trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based approach.

I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, respected, and truly understood. My goal is to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about where you are and what you are working through, at a pace that feels right for you. I focus on practical skills, emotional regulation, and self-awareness in ways that feel manageable and supportive. I view therapy as a shared process and walk alongside clients as they build confidence, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves.
