"Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow."- Doug Firebaug

I believe in an individualized, strength based approach in which you are the expert in your own life and past experiences. I strive to create a supportive, safe, and confidential environment that encourages insight and self-awareness. I believe therapy is a collaborative experience. My goal is to walk beside you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I hope to empower you to make positive changes in your life that increase personal connections and help you to feel hopeful about the future.

I’m a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT)-Informed, Trauma-Informed Interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I use elements of motivational interviewing, art therapy, mindfulness and psychoeducation to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I seek to provide the most up to date interventions that are supported by research and are evidence based.
