Asmau Ayub is a licensed counseling psychologist from Ghana with over a decade of experience in providing mental health counseling. Her professional expertise covers the treatment of addiction, anxiety, depression, stress management, abnormal behavior, and childhood trauma. She has provided comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, with a specialized focus on minority groups and marginalized populations, ensuring a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach.

Her work involves developing individualized behavior modification plans and stress management strategies to support clients’ unique needs.

Asmau holds a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in counseling psychology. Currently, she is in her third year pursuing a PhD program in counselor education and supervision at Michigan State University.
