ADHD coaching is a collaborative, personalized support process designed to help individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) better manage their symptoms and challenges. Through tailored strategies, goal-setting, and skill-building, ADHD coaching empowers clients to improve focus, organization, time management, and overall life satisfaction.

Adult Coaching

This coaching focuses on helping adults with ADHD manage their daily lives, improve organization, time management, and goal-setting skills. We work on strategies to enhance productivity, reduce overwhelm, and build confidence in personal and professional settings.

Student Coaching

Our student coaching supports children and young adults with ADHD in academic settings. We focus on study skills, time management, organization, and self-advocacy to help students succeed in school and beyond.

Parent & Family Coaching

Designed for parents and families of children with ADHD, this coaching provides tools and techniques to better understand ADHD, improve communication, and create supportive home environments. We help families develop routines and strategies that foster positive behavior and emotional well-being.

Relationship Coaching

This coaching addresses the unique challenges ADHD can bring to personal relationships. We work on communication skills, conflict resolution, and building stronger connections with partners, family members, and friends.

Social Skills Coaching

Social skills coaching helps individuals with ADHD develop better interpersonal skills, improve social interactions, and build meaningful relationships. This includes practicing social cues, empathy, and effective communication techniques.

Coaching Session Details

  • Weekly 55-minute sessions

  • In-person or via Zoom

  • $100-$125 per session

  • Coaching can be a one-meeting consult, but usually continues for several months. Many clients return as new issues arise.

  • ADHD coaching may not be covered by insurance without a referral from your PCP.
